摘 要:目的:探讨不规范电子垃圾拆解区铅与镉复合暴露对儿童外周血淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:收集贵屿镇(暴露组)幼儿园儿童(114名)和濠江区(对照组)幼儿园儿童(123名)外周静脉血标本237份。用原子吸收分光光度计检测血中铅和镉水平,流式细胞仪检测血淋巴细胞亚群水平,全自动生化仪检测白细胞数、总淋巴细胞绝对数和百分比。结果:暴露组外周血中铅和镉水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),T、B淋巴细胞亚群绝对数和百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05),而总淋巴细胞百分比和NK淋巴细胞亚群的绝对数和百分比却低于对照组(P<0.05);偏相关分析显示,暴露组血镉水平与外周血总淋巴数(r=-0.225,P<0.01)和百分比(r=-0.218,P<0.05)及T细胞数(r=-0.260,P<0.05)存在负相关,而对照组均不相关。结论:电子垃圾拆解区儿童高血镉暴露可引起淋巴细胞及其亚群数量的改变,而影响儿童的免疫功能。Objective: To investigate peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets immune function of children exposed to lead and cadmium in an unregulated electronic waste area. Method: Peripheral blood lymphocyte of preschool children from Guiyu( 114)and Haojiang(123)that met the criteria were assessed. The blood concentrations of lead and cadmium were determined by GFAAS. Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow eytometry while full automatic biochemical analyzer was used for the percentage and total lymphocytes counts. Results: The mean lead and cadmium blood levels obtained from Guiyu subjects were significantly higher(P 〈 0.05)than those of the control. Similarly, higher percentage and count of T and B ceils( P 〈 0.05)were observed in children of Guiyu compared with the control. Lower percentage of total lymphocyte and NK cells were observed in children of Guiyu compared with the control(P 〈 0.05). Patial correlation analysis showed that the blood cadmium had negative correlation with the count( r = -0.225, P 〈 0.05)) and percentage(r = -0.218, P 〈 0.05)of total lymphocytes and T cells count( r = -0.260, P 〈 0.05)in children of Guiyu. While, lead had no correlation with lymphocytes change in both groups. Conclusion: Higher cadmium exposure can decrease the lymphocyte subsets of preschool children in unregulated electronic waste area.
