摘　　要：文中介绍了运用LabVIEW2009软件,结合NI的USB-6251数据采集卡实现虚拟频谱分析仪的开发研究,实现了对外部信号的采集、幅相谱的分析、功率谱的分析、谐波分析和联合时频分析,并具备波形存储和读取功能。系统调试结果证明该仪器实现了一般频谱分析仪所具有的基本功能,增加了数据分析处理能力。This paper describes the development and research of virtual spectrum analyzer based on LabVIEW2009 software and data acquisition module USB-6251 made in NI.The virtual spectrum analyzer realizes the functions of signal acquisition from external,amplitude-phase analysis,power spectrum analysis,harmonic analysis,joint time-frequency analysis and load and store functions of waveform.Testing result proves that the virtual instrument realized general functions of spectrum analyzer,and extends data processing capacities.
