缬沙坦联合参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦联合参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年10月—2011年10月治疗的82例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,将82例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各41例,对照组给予利尿剂、强心剂、硝酸酯类等药物常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予缬沙坦联合参芪扶正注射液治疗,疗程2周,观察比较2组临床疗效、左室射血分数及心功能改善情况。结果用药2周后,治疗组总有效率为95.13%,高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05);治疗组反映心室重构指标、左室收缩功能及舒张功能指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组改善不明显(P>0.05),2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦与参芪扶正注射液合用治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效可靠,可改善患者的预后、提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of valsartan combined with Shenqifuzheng injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 82 patients with chronic congestive heart failure. These patients were admitted to the hospital from October 2010 to October 2011, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group contained 41 cases. The patients in control group were treated with diuretics, cardiac nitrate, extend blood vessel conventional drugs ; the patients in treatment group were treated with valsartan combined with Shenqifuzheng injection for two weeks on the basis of conventional medicine. Left ejection fraction and the heart function improved circumstance were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （95.13%） was significantly higher than that in control group （80.49%, P 〈0.05）. The ejection fraction in treatment groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the ejection fraction in control groups had no significant improvement as compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there were significant differ- ences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with Shenqifuzheng injection were effective for treating chronic congestive heart failure, it could improve prognosis and life quality of the patients.
