摘  要:合成了N ,N′-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸苄酯 (BDC)。在合成时 ,反应温度越高 ,反应时间越长 ,亲核取代反应越完全。以BDC作为iniferter引发St、MMA光聚合 ,单体St和MMA的转化率随光照时间的增加而增加 ,但没有呈现出严格的线性关系。此外 ,反应环境温度高 ,单体转化率增加 ;PS和PMMA的粘均分子量则随光照时间的增加而呈线性增加的关系 ,所得聚合物的分子量分布较宽。iniferterBDC可以进行分子设计 ,合成P(St-b -MMA)嵌段共聚物 ,表现为“准活性聚合”或“活性”Benzy N,N′-diethyldithiocarbamate (BDC) was synthesized. And is was found the degree of replacement reaction increased with the advance of time and temperature in raction. Characteristice of photopolymerization of St and MMA with BDC as iniferter were investigated. It was indicater that conversion of St or MMA increased with the extension of photopolymerizing time without taking on linear relation and that, in addition, the conversion was raised with the enhancement of ambient temperature. Viseosity average molecular weight (M η) increased linearly with the conversion; Poly (styrene-b-methylmethalacrylate) was synthesized by BDC as iniferter; polydispersity of PS or PMMA was wide. So photopolymerization of St or MMA with BDC as iniferter could only be called ″living″ radical polymerization.
