摘　　要：通过测定铸造型砂中粘土的含量 ,可以改善铸造的条件 ,提高铸件的质量。本文介绍一种测定粘土含量的分光光度新方法 ,与普通的分光光度法不同 ,操作时不需要用标准粘土样品作标准曲线 。The application of spectrophotometry for determining clay concentration in molding sand is introduced . Anew method has been developed for determining the end point of adsorption reaction for methylene blue. The accuracy is higher than that of conventional halo method. In comparison with common spectrophotometric method, the advantage of this method is that no standard sample is needed.
