摘 要:比较了新鸿基CBD项目的两种混合结构方案。该项目写字楼高度约251.9 m,采用框架-核心筒混合结构。部分外框架柱内倾,高区核心筒角部缺失,楼盖可采用钢梁或型钢梁。通过这两种楼盖方案抗的比较得到以下结论:型钢梁在抗震、造价和后期维护方面占优,钢梁在工期上有优势。目前超高层普遍采用混合结构方案,很多分析工作都集中在这两类楼盖梁的比较上。研究对混合结构楼盖的选择有参考价值。Two kinds of hybrid structures are compared height of the office building with a skeleton of frame-corewall for the CBD project of Sun Hung Kai Properties. The hybrid structure is approximately 251.9 m. Part of the outer frame column is inclined to the concrete core tube and one corner of the upper part of core tube is absent. The floor system can be constructed with steel beam or steel reinforced concrete beam( SRC beam) to constitute the hy- brid structure. These two kinds of structures are compared to achieve the conclusions that the SRC-beam scheme has an edge on seismic performance, construction cost, and maintenance and the steel-beam scheme has a domi- nant position in construction period. The comparison study is valuable since most repeated effort is focus on choice of the floor system for the hybrid structure, which is now the most common structural system in China.
