摘　　要：结合民族高校图书馆勤工助学的实际工作经验,阐述了学生馆员参与勤工助学工作的实际意义及作用,并从勤工助学的招聘、岗前培训、规章制度、激励制度等几方面,提出了合理、规范的对学生馆员管理的新思路。Connecting with the practical experiences of the work-study program in national university library,this paper expounds the actual meanings and functions about student librarians＇ participating in the work-study jobs,and puts forward some new ideas about the management of student librarians from the aspects of the recruitment of student librarians,pre-post training,rules and regulations,and incentive systems,etc.
