摘　　要：基于开放获取研究项目报告(SOAP),分析了目前开放获取期刊(OAJ)出版的宏观现状、世界著名出版社OAJ的典型政策以及OAJ的发展趋势,旨在为我国科技编辑出版界尽快融入开放存取运动提供有益的参考。Based on SOAP,this paper analyzes the macroscopic situation of OAJs＇ current publication,the world famous publishers＇ specific policies for OAJs and the development trend of OAJs for providing significant reference for China＇s scientific and technological editing publishing circles blend in the OA activities as soon as possible.
