低成本快速烧成硼锆乳浊釉的研究

摘　　要：通过设计合理组成 ,用硼镁石精矿取代硼砂、硼酸 ,制得了高钙含量熔块。将 3 5%—4 5%的上述熔块用于配制 1 1 0 0— 1 1 50℃烧成的墙地砖乳浊釉 ,可以大大减少超细硅酸锆的使用量 ,降低生产成本。本文用XRD、DTA。Frit of high zirconium content was obtained by designing feasible composition and sustituting fine boromagnesite mineral for borax and boric acid.30 wt%-40 wt% of the above frit was added to our opaque glaze batch which was fired at 1100-1150℃.Therefore the amount of ultrafine zircon used in the batch could be greatly reduced.Then the production cost was also cut down.In this paper,XRD, DTA, SEM have been used to study the properties of the frit and glaze.
