摘 要:针对锌阴极片在工频感应电炉熔化中锌液氧化导致锌直收率降低的问题,对锌直收率和氧化率随炉膛气相空间氧气浓度变化的规律进行研究。结果表明,炉膛内气相空间填注氮气可提高锌直收率;在470~490℃,锌液上方气相空间填注氮气到含氧浓度降低至5%以下,锌直收率可提高到98.08%~98.21%,比常规不填充氮气锌熔铸的锌直收率高出1.15~2.15个百分点,且无需考虑NOx生成问题。The variational pattern of zinc recovery and oxidation rate vs. the oxygen concentration in the hearth space of induction furnace were investigated aimed at the lower zinc recovery duo to the oxidation of melted zinc liquid. The results show that the nitrogen injection into the gas-phase space of the electric fur-nace can increase zinc recovery to 98.08%-98.21%, which is 1.15-2.15 percentage point higher than that of traditional zinc casting furnace without nitrogen injection, under the conditions of 420-520 ℃ and oxygen content in the hearth space less than 5 percent, and no NOx pollution need to be taken into ac-count.
