叠鞘石斛不同炮制方法的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:建立一个简便快捷的叠鞘石斛产地加工方法。方法:以多糖、香豆素、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物含量为评价指标,对叠鞘石斛的切片阴干法、切片烘干法、燀蒸法、传统产地加工法及清水浸泡法、NaOH浸泡法进行比较研究。结果:综合评分结果由高到低为:切片烘干法>燀蒸法>NaOH浸泡法>清水浸泡法>传统产地加工法>切片阴干法。结论:切片烘干法和燀蒸法可应用在叠鞘石斛的产地加工中。Objective： To establish a simple and quick method on production processing of Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. Methods： Regarding polysaccharide, coumarin, water extract, alcohol extract content as evaluation indexes, the author carried out a comparative study of slice dried method, slice drying method, dan steaming method, traditional production processing method and water immersion method, NaOH immersion method. Results： Comprehensive score resuhs from high to low： slice drying method〉dan steaming methed〉NaOH immersion method〉water immersion method〉drying method. Conclusion： Slice dr- ying method and dan steaming method can be used in the processing of the origin of Dendrobium denneanum Kerr.
