摘　　要：针对烟叶分级数据量大、指标多,统计汇总错误发生率高等问题,研究提出利用Excel中的IF函数和数据透视表来简化数据处理工作。通过IF函数构建系统自动识别的判断语句和利用数据透视表进行统计分析,既极大地提高了工作效率,又避免统计汇总中错误的发生。Tobacco Grading have a large amount of data and indicators, and the errors of statistical summary are always in a high incidence. To solve those problems, in this paper the IF function and pivot tables in Excel was proposed to simplify the data processing. By statistical analysis of the pivot table and the IF functions the system was built to automatically identify the judgment statement. This method could not only greatly improve work efficiency, but also avoid the occurrcnce .of errors in statistical summary.
