中药煎剂预防高校急性呼吸道传染病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解中药煎剂预防急性传染性呼吸道疾病的效果。方法选择某高校医院2008-2010年第4季度门诊量,于2009年第4季度A、C两医疗点采用中药煎剂对甲流进行预防,通过纵横对比的方法,对突发急性呼吸道传染性公共卫生事件后中药煎剂的预防效果进行评价。结果 2009年10-12月师生服用中药煎剂预防后,呼吸道传染发病人数下降。结论中药煎剂在预防急性呼吸道传染性突发公共卫生事件中有一定效果,具有推广价值和意义。Objective To have a knowledge about the effect of traditional chinese medicine apozem in preventing acute respiratory infectious diseases.Method Outpatient amounts in the hospital of a university in the forth quarters from 2008 to 2010 were chosen and influenza A was prevented with the traditional chinese medicine apozem in medical-care stations A and C in the forth quarter of 2009.The prevention effect of traditional chinese medicine apozem after unexpected public health emergencies of acute respiratory infectious diseases was evaluated through the vertical and horizontal comparison method.Results From october 2009 to december 2009,the number of patients with respiratory infectious disease reduced after they took the traditional chinese medicine apozem.Conclusion The traditional chinese medicine apozem is effective in preventing unexpected public health emergencies of acute respiratory infectious diseases and thus it can be promoted.
