摘　　要：政治文化的发展水平影响政治体制的改革进程,深化政治体制改革呼唤政治文化的发展和创新。建构适应时代要求的中国特色社会主义政治文化,需要从体系文化、过程文化以及决策文化方面加强内涵建设,并透过政治运行民主化、政治生产市场化、政治价值世俗化、政治录用社会化等基本路径,推动其不断发展,促进政治体制改革不断深化。The reform process of political system is largely influenced by the development of political cul- ture; therefore, further reform of the political system calls for new development of the political culture. To construct a political culture with Chinese characteristics conforming with the current situation, it is necessary to enrich the connotation of system culture, process culture and decision-making culture, and facilitate the reform process through the following four paths ： the adoption of democratic political operation, the market orientation of political production, the popularization of political values and the socialized selection of political talents.
