康复新液用于治疗Ⅱ级急性放射性皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻咽癌放疗患者出现Ⅱ级急性放射性皮炎时使用康复新液治疗的疗效。方法试验组及对照组各23例患者,两者均采用暴露疗法,在用药前试验组放射性皮炎处用0.9%生理盐水清洁创面。用康复新液浸湿无菌纱布敷于创面处,对照组用无菌棉签均匀涂抹莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦),2组均为每天早中晚各1次。结果试验组总有效率为95.65%,其中显效率为65.22%;对照组总有效率为78.26%,其中显效率为30.43%,2组间显效率差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论用康复新液治疗急性放射性皮炎疗效明显好于莫匹罗星软膏。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of kangfuxin rinse solution used on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiation therapy when the second-degree acute radiodermatitis occurring.Method Experimental group with 23 cases and control group with 23 cases were both treated with exposure therapy.Before medication,the area suffered from radiodermatitis in the experimental group was cleaned with 0.9% physiological saline solution and the infected area was applied with sterile gauze soaked with the physiological saline solution,while the control group only spread mupirocin ointment with aseptic cotton bud.Both groups were treated three times a day： morning,noon and night.Results Total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.65%,in which the effectual rate was 65.22%;Total effective rate in the control group was 78.26%,in which the effectual rate was 30.43%;differences in the effectual rate between the two groups were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of kangfuxin rinse solution in the treatment of acute radiodermatitis was better than that of the mupirocin ointment.
