摘  要:本文分析了高校医院在新形势下面临的公共卫生、医疗、经济、内部管理等压力,针对现状必须更换观念、理清发展思路。加强医院经营管理,就要学会做一只螃蟹。要当好校医院院长,必须做到7要:要选好人用好人;要领导与协调好各种关系;要以病人的需求为中心;要管人理事,向管理要效益;要完善制度,制度面前人人平等;要勇于承担责任;要会抓两个效益,即社会效果与经济效益。This paper analyzes the stress faced by the university hospital under new circumstances from public health,medical treatment,financial situation and inner management and proposes that it's necessary to change the concept and sort out the development idea concerning the present situations.It's better to learn to be a crab in order to improve operation and management of the university hospital.One must follow the 7 "must" stated as follows to be a qualified hospital director: must select and appoint appropriate person;must guide and coordinate various relations;must regard needs of the patients as the center of all works;must conduct management and gain benefit from the management;must complete systems and make that everyone is equal before these systems;must be brave to shoulder responsibility;must learn to promote two benefits,namely social effects and economic benefits.
