摘 要:目的探讨干部保健人员心理健康状况及应对方式。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和压力应对方式调查表,对48名干部保健人员进行调查与分析。抑郁和焦虑测评正常范围为40分以下。结果在48份问卷中,抑郁得分大于40分者有18例,焦虑得分大于40分者有12例。医生、护士的抑郁得分分别为(35.30±7.95)和(35.58±7.94),差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);焦虑得分分别为(32.54±9.07)和(39.20±9.45),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。多数采取积极态度来减轻或消除心理压力,较少采取发泄情绪这种消极应对方式。结论干部保健人员存在一定程度的焦虑、抑郁及心理压力,医生、护士的焦虑情况存在差异。医院管理部门应给予足够的重视,并定期进行心理健康知识培训,提高心理调适能力。Objective To probe into the mental health status and coping style of cadre healthcare worker.Method 48 cadre healthcare workers were surveyed and analyzed with zung self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale and stress coping style questionnaire.Normal score range of depression and anxiety was below 40.Results Among the 48 questionnaires,there were 18 cases whose depression score was above 40 and 12 cases whose anxiety score was above 40.Depression scores of doctor and nurse were(35.30±7.95) and(35.58±7.94) respectively,and the differences had no statistical significance(p0.05);anxiety scores were(32.54±9.07) and(39.20±9.45) respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(p0.05).Most adopted a positive attitude to reduce or eliminate mental stress and few adopted the negative coping style,i.e.,venting of negative emotions.Conclusion Cadre healthcare workers have some anxiety,depression and mental stress,and there are differences between the anxiety of doctors and nurses.Administration office of the hospital shall pay enough attention and carry out periodical training on mental health knowledge so as to promote their psychological adaptation.
