摘  要:目的了解军校学员对艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为的现状,为进一步开展预防艾滋病的宣传教育提供依据。方法设计问卷,以无记名的方式对4 102名学员进行问卷调查。结果对于艾滋病的相关知识、传播途径回答正确率在23.41%~90.54%之间;学员中44.15%听到艾滋病仍有恐惧感,20.21%能够接受与艾滋病患者或艾滋病病毒携带者同宿舍生活;有88.57%学员认为艾滋病病毒只在吸毒者和有多个性伴侣的人中间传播;对于艾滋病知识的来源,最多为电视、广播、报纸,占76.30%,其次为网络,占70.36%,通过课程或讲座获得的仅占22.33%。结论该校学员对艾滋病相关知识缺乏系统了解,部分知晓率较低,态度、行为不容乐观。加强预防艾滋病的宣传教育,消除对艾滋病的恐惧心理是今后开展相关知识宣传教育的重点。Objective To have knowledge about the status quo of relevant AIDS knowledge, attitude, practice of military students so as to provide a basis for further carrying out propaganda and education for preventing AIDS. Method A questionnaire was designed, and 4 102 students were investigated with the questionnaire in an anonymous manner. Results The correct rate for answering relevant knowledge and transmission route of AIDS was 23.4190. 54% 44.15% of the students had a sense of fear upon the mention of AIDS, 20.21% could accept that they lived with AIDS patients or HIV carrier in the same dormitory; 88.57% of the students thought that AIDS virus only transmitted among drug addicts and people who had multiple sexual partners for the source of knowledge about AIDS, the most common one was TV, radio and newspaper, which accounted for 76, 30%, then the network followed with a percentage of 70.36%, and knowledge acquired from courses or lectures only accounted for 22.33 %. Conclusion Students in this university are in lack of systematic AIDSre lated knowledge, the partly awareness rate of knowledge is relatively low, and the attitude and practice is not optimistic. Strengthening propaganda and education for preventing HIDS and eliminating students' fear for AIDS should be the key point of future propaganda and education on relevant knowledge.
