摘　　要：本文采用文献综述的方法,对糖尿病患者饮食干预的目的、原则进行阐述,并提出饮食干预的方法,以期帮助糖尿病患者纠正长期形成的不良饮食习惯,走出饮食误区,养成合理的饮食习惯,最终达到降低血糖、恢复健康、提高生活质量的目的。This paper illustrates the objects and principles of dietary intervention in patients with diabetes with document summary method.It also presents the methods of dietary intervention so as to help patients with diabetes change bad eating habits established long time ago,get rid of mistaken ideas of diet,and develop reasonable eating habits,ultimately lowering the blood glucose,restoring health and improving the quality of life.
