摘  要:以特级矾土熟料、电熔镁砂、矾土尖晶石、亚白刚玉等为主要原料 ,对比分析了几种不同结合剂组合对试样生坯强度的影响 ,研究了基质中Al2 O3及MgO含量对不烧砖试样线变化率等性能的影响。结果表明 :采用复合结合剂 ,能显著提高试样的生坯强度 ;当基质中Al2 O3为 6 0 %~ 78% ,MgO为 1 5%~ 32 %时 ,试样具有较好的性能。The brick is developed using super duty bauxite chamotte, fused magnesite, bauxite based spinel and sub white corundum as main materials.The influence of several binders and their compound on the green body strength of the samples is analyzed,and the effect of the contents of Al 2O 3 and MgO in the matrix on the properties of samples is studied. The results show that applying compound binder can improve the green body strength of the unfired brick and when the contents of Al 2O 3 was 60%~78% and MgO was 15%~32%, the carbon free unfired brick has high cold crushing strength and high bulk density, and the linear change rates at high, median and low temperatures can remain in relative stable scopes.
