广西上思县森林旅游深度开发与生态管理研究

摘　　要：在森林旅游蓬勃发展以及生态经济、低碳经济对旅游业发展提出新的要求背景之下,广西上思县森林旅游的开发与经营管理需进一步提高自身竞争优势,才能在国内外旅游市场中形成竞争力。在分析了上思县森林旅游开发的基础条件以及开发的局限性基础之上,提出从全国性与区域性的角度,打造全国性旅游精品系列和区域性旅游产品系列两个层次的森林旅游产品体系;挖掘与利用当地的森林景观、动植物、明史、民俗等资源,开发养生休闲度假型、历史文化与民俗文化体验型、户外探险型、原始森林休闲观光体验型与森林节庆型五种类型的旅游产品。构建以教育体系、发展体系、监测体系、评价体系、防治体系、保障体系六项内容为主的环境保护体系;在旅游业生态化、低碳化管理中应用生态与低碳技术、推动农、药业与旅游产业的融合、培育旅游者与社区居民低碳理念。As forest tourism has been booming and ecological economy and low-carbon economy has been developing,in order to form competitiveness in the domestic and international tourism market,we should improve the competitiveness of development and management of forest tourism in Shangsi County of Guangxi.Based on the analysis of developing conditions and developing limitations,we put forward to create a national high-quality tourism product series and regional tourism product series from the national and regional perspective.Through making use of local landscape resources,plants and animals resources,Ming history resources and folk resources,this thesis is aimed at developing health and fitness products,historical and folk experiencing products,outdoor adventure products,leisure sightseeing of original forest products and forest festival products.At the same time,by constructing education system,develop system,monitoring system,evaluation system,control system and security system,we can construct the environmental protection system.To realize ecological and low-carbon management in tourism industry,we should apply ecological technologies and low-carbon technologies,promote amalgamation of agriculture industry,pharmaceutical industry and tourism industry,and cultivate low-carbon concept of tourists and fusion communit residents.
