摘　　要：湘西少数民族手工刺绣鞋垫是一种由土家族和苗族妇女纯手工制作而成的民间艺术品。它在图样造型和色彩搭配上,少有理论概念的约束,表现出率真而自然的特点,体现了极强的原创性。其图样设计大多来源于湘西少数民族生活中的美好愿景,并采用象征手法表达了湘西少数民族人们对未来生活的良好愿望。Enbroidered insole handcrafted by Tu and Miao females is one of the folk arts of Xiangxi ethnic group. It is almost free from any constraints of art theories and concepts with the presentation of frankness and nature while demonstrating obvious originality both in pattern and color assortment. The designs mostly originate from Xiangxi ethnic people＇s good wishes for prosperous life in future, which are expressed symbolically in the pattern and the color.
