金融市场三十年之路径特征

摘　　要：改革开放以来中国金融市场发展迅速,从市场制度体系逐步形成与完善的视角将这30年的发展道路划分为制度体系初步形成阶段、制度体系逐步健全阶段和制度体系全面深化阶段。由这样的发展路径可以归纳出这段发展历程具有3点突出特征,即:政府成为制度供给的主导力量,金融市场成长过程是市场结构趋于均衡的过程,金融市场发展既受经济体制改革的制约又反作用于市场经济建设。通过对中国金融市场的这段成长道路进行梳理和总结,并对发展的路径特征作出分析和归纳,进而提出了一些思考和启示。The financial market developed rapidly since the reform and open up in China. Viewing from the development and perfection of market system, the development pathway of the market system in past 30 years can be divided into the stages of primary forming stage, gradually sound stage and comprehensively deepened stage. Base on this development path, we can induce that the period of development course has three prominent characteristics, that is, the government acted as the leading power of system supply, financial market growth was the process that market structure tended to be balanced, financial market development was restricted by the economic system reform on the one hand, and reacted on the economic construction on the other hand. This paper first reviews and summarizes the growth road of China＇ s financial market, then analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the road. Finally some ideas and inspiration are put forward.
