摘　　要：见义勇为是社会主义社会所倡导的高尚行为,理应受到法律的保护。然而,中国至今尚无全国性的见义勇为者权益保障法,一些省市出台的相关法规也存在着诸多问题。因此,应当对见义勇为进行统一立法,特别是建立见义勇为者权益损害国家补偿制度,明确政府保障见义勇为者权益方面的职责,充分发挥政府的作用,从而真正解除见义勇为者的后顾之忧。Being a Samaritan is a noble conduct advocated in China,but this conduct should be protected by law.Now there is no legal protection and what＇s more,some problems exist in the relative regulations made in some provinces.Therefore,it＇s urgent to make laws for Samaritans,especially compensation for Samaritans.The government＇s obligations should be made clear and the governments should play a role in the protection of rights and interests,thus smoothing away the fear in the rear.
