“名”与“实”:社会抗争与社会抗拒的比较研究

摘　　要：当前,我国学界存在把社会抗争与社会抗拒等同看待的错误认识。通过"名"的辨析和"实"的比较我们发现,两者在行为主体、行为方式、行为指向、性质及功能等方面存在明显差异。社会抗争属于"依法抗争"范畴,对社会建构具有一定的正功能;而社会抗拒带有"以法抗争"属性,负面影响较大。在我国转型期社会冲突的现实图景中,社会抗争行动已经普遍化,社会抗拒行为尽管量少但已成为社会风险的一种新动向、新趋势。Currently,there is a wrong recognition that the social struggle is the same as the resistance to the society in the academic circle of our country.From the discriminating and comparison between the appellation and essence;we found that there was an obvious difference about the subject;way;aim;property and fnnction oflbehavior.The social struggle belongs to the category which struggle by basing on the law.It＇s useful for the social building.But the resistance to the society with the attribute of resistance to the law;is mainly bad for our society.In the realistic prospect of our transitional period;the social struggle is generalization.Although the action of the resistance to the society is not too much;it has become the new tendency of society risk.
