摘　　要：借助于Nahapiet和Ghoshal对社会资本的划分模型,详细分析社会资本对护理水平的影响机制及路径选择,并对护理领域的社会资本管理提出相应的对策和建议。With the social capital model classified by Nahapiet and Ghoshal,this paper analyzed the influencing mechanisms of nurses＇ social capital on nursing level and their path selection, and put forward the corre- sponding countermeasures and suggestions for social capital management in the nursing field.
