摘  要:目的:探讨双极等离子电切技术在子宫内膜切除术中的应用效果及安全性。方法:将50例因功能性子宫出血、子宫内膜息肉住院治疗的患者随机分为2组,实验组(20例)行双极等离子子宫内膜切除术,对照组(30例)行单极子宫内膜切除术,并进行对比分析。结果:实验组的手术时间、术中出血量、膨宫液用量及膨宫液吸收量均少于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组未发生子宫穿孔、空气栓塞、经尿道前列腺切除(TURP)综合征,可维持稳定的电解质平衡;实验组术后阴道出血、排液时间少于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(t=4.254,P<0.001);2组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.591,P=0.807)。结论:双极等离子子宫内膜切除术具有快速、安全、有效的特点,值得进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the effect and the safety of bipolar electrode system during endometrial resection treatment.Methods:A total of 50 patients including dysfunctional uterine bleeding and endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups,one including 30 cases treated with monopolar resectoscopic surgery and the other 20 cases treated with bipolar resectoscopic surgery,all of them carries on the contrast analysis.Results:The experimental group in operation time,amount of bleeding during the operation,the volume of uterine distention medium and absorption volume,were lower than the control group,difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P〈0.05),the experimental group without the occurrence of uterine perforation,air embolism,transurethral resection of prostate syndrome(TURPS),and can maintain the balance of blood electrolyte;the number of days of vaginal bleeding or discharge liquid of experimental group is less than the control group(t=4.254,P〈0.001);the treatment effect of the two groups had no significant difference(χ2=0.591,P=0.807).Conclusions:The bipolar electrode system during endometrial resection is fast,safe,effective,and is worthy of further promotion.
