摘 要:目的为了保护铁路职工健康、保障铁路运输生产安全、掌握铁路职业卫生现状,开展全路职业卫生现状调查。方法采用普查方式,借助铁路卫生信息系统,通过三级管理两级审核的方式,收集相关资料。结果普查涉及18个铁路局825个站段,全路职业病作业点7 605个,接触职业病危害人员21万余人(不含青藏铁路高原作业);职业病发病和患病情况均好于全国总体水平。结论普查掌握了铁路职业卫生基本数据,搭建职业卫生管理系统,对促进健康、控制职业病发生具有重要的意义。Objective In order to protect the health of railway employees,to protect the safety of railway transport production,to grasp the current situation of railway occupational health,we investigated the Occupational Health Status of the whole railway in 2010.Methods Using a census,with the railway health information systems,through three manage two audit,we collect the relevant information of the railway occupational health.Result In 18 Railway Bureau and 825 Stations Depots,there are 7 605 occupational disease hazards point.In 2010,railway CDC detected the 2 019 occupational disease hazards point;more than two hundered and ten thousand workers exposure to occupational hazards in railways(excluding plateau the Qinghai-Tibet railway workers);the incidence and prevalence of occupational diseases are better than the overall national level.Conclusion The census has mastered the basic data of railway occupational health,has built a railway occupational health management system of Railway health information management.The survey has important significance in the protection of front-line workers health and the prevention of occupational diseases occur.
