1例狼疮性肾炎合并肺部感染患者的药学监护

摘　　要：1例30岁女性患者,因狼疮性肾炎合并肺炎入院,痰培养为深红沙雷菌。入院后予头孢呋辛、美洛西林/舒巴坦、阿奇霉素等药物治疗,效果欠佳。临床药师参与治疗,结合患者的疾病特点,制定给药方案,监测药物不良反应,对环丙沙星与氨茶碱、美托洛尔合用可能存在潜在风险提出建议。治疗16 d患者病情稳定出院。One case of 30-year-old female patient with pneumonia and lupus nephritis was admitted to hospital. Sputum culture was the Crimson marcescens. The antibiotic treatments of cefuroxime, mezlocillin and sulbactam, azithromycin were ineffective. Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment and gave suggestions on dosing regimens, adverse drug reactions monitoring, and the potential risk of the combination of ciprofloxacin and theophylline, metoprolol. After 16 days, the patient got recovery and discharged.
