摘　　要：为研究国民经济发展水平对于结构安全标准的影响,引入生活质量指标准则,建立了基于生活质量指标的可靠指标优化模型;为简化计算过程,建立了基于序列近似规划法可靠指标优化模型,并将该模型应用于导管架平台轴拉构件优化可靠指标的计算分析,得到了国民经济发展水平对于结构可靠指标的影响特点,为更加合理地确定海洋平台结构设计标准的安全水平提供了参考。The Life Quality Index criteria are applied to the determination of the target reliability, so the impact of the national economic development level on the structure safety standards may be studied. Based on the lifequality Index criteria the optimization model for reliability index is established. For simplified calculation process, the sequence approximate programming approach is applied to the optimization model and its calculating process is simplified. The optimization model is applied to the determination of optimization reliability index of the axial tension members of offshore jacket platform. According to these results, the influencing characteristics of the national economic development level to structure reliability index are summerized. The influencing characteristics will become the reference for the more reasonable safety level of design standard for the offshore platform structure.
