钻井隔水管顶端张力比与平台运动包络线关系研究

摘  要:海洋油气钻井作业时,钻井隔水管对平台的运动比较敏感,平台的运动与钻井工况联系紧密,它是钻井操作的制约因素之一。对顶端张紧式钻井隔水管,研究其顶端张力比与平台可运动范围包络线之间的关系。采用有限元软件ABAQUS计算了顶端张紧式钻井隔水管伸缩节的冲程,在满足操作强度的要求下,得出了平台的运动包络线范围,并总结出了顶端张力比与包络线之间的关系,为工程实践打下了基础.During offshore oil and gas drilling, the drilling riser is sensitive to the motion of the platform, which has a closely relation with the riser on operational condition, it is a limitation to the drilling activity also. In this paper, the relationship between the top tension ratio (TTR) of the top tensioned drilling riser and the operability envelop of the platform was studied. By using the FEM software ABAQUS, the stroke of the telescopic joint was calculated and the platform operability envelop was worked out by meeting the strengthrequirements listed in API RP2RD and API RP 16Q. And the relation between the TTR and envelop was summarized to be the reference of the subsequent engineering.
