摘  要:油气混输海底管线主要为双层管线,在管线铺设期间往往因为铆固件、包板等的焊接而影响整个管线铺设效率。除了在施工期间采取作业线优化布置来提高设备和人力的效率外,还可以将两个铆固件之间的海管作为切管工艺设计单元,这不仅提高了施工效率,而且也节约了施工成本。在惠州19-2/3海管更换的项目中,由3 800吨级起重铺管船"蓝疆"在惠州19-2平台和FPSO PLEM之间铺设一条34.5 km长的12"/18"海底管线。论文根据该项目的实际施工情况,介绍蓝疆船的双层管线铺设的原施工方案,以及双层管切管工艺在实际施工中的应用效果,旨在为该类双层管线的施工提供宝贵经验。Subsea pipe lines for transporting multiphase media usually are double-layer pipes, and welding bulkhead and warp-board is very much influential to pipe laying efficiency. Equipment loading at work station should be optimized and ability of equipment or labor force should be increased. In addition, pipeline between two bulkheads is regarded as a cell of incise technics. These methods are useful for enhancing the pipeline laying efficiency and saving project cost. According to the pipeline replacement project of HZ19-2/3, 12"/18" and 34.5km multiphase subsea pipelines from HZ19-2 platform to FPOS PLEM are laid with Lan Jiang barge; taking which as an example, this paper introduces the quondam procedure of Lan Jiang barge, and incise technics of double-layer pipes for improving pipe laying efficiency. This method will offer experience for future pipe laying works.
