摘　　要：中国国家石油天然气行业标准SY/T6326-2008《石油钻机和修井机井架、底座承载能力检测评定方法》为对陆地及海洋钻修井设备井架。底座承载能力评定工作开展的主要依据之一,在海洋石油钻机及修井机承载能力检测评定工作中得到了广泛的应用,也起到了其应有的指导与规范作用。该标准在实际应用过程中存在一些不足与不明确之处,在实际执行过程中会造成检验工作量的不必要的增加,文章中予以提出,供讨论与借鉴,建议该标准在今后的修订工作中能够适当改进,使其能够更适用于海洋石油生产设备的检测评定。National Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard SY/T 6326-2008 ＂The method of measurement and evaluation for the loading capacity on derricks and substructure of the drilling rig and working rig＂ provides one of the main codes to assess the load capacity for drilling rigs, workover rigs and sub-bases. It has been widely used in the assessment filed and played important role in guiding and regulating： However, in practice, this standard has some weakness and indefinite area and causes additional testing work in the execution process. This article will put these questions forward for discussion and references. It is suggested that the standard may be improved in the future revision. Then the standard should be more suitable for the test and assessment of offshore oil equipment.
