摘  要:海工场地空压机高温季节经常出现高温报警和跳机现象而影响生产,并且空压机长期高温运行还极易引起空压机本身的故障;考虑临海的优势,海水冷却更能节约淡水资源。另外,由于空压机散失大量的热量,如回收可节约大量的能源。自行设计了一套余热采暖系统,现场测试和理论计算结果发现,回收一台30m^3空压机的余热进行采暖一年即可节约标准煤20 795kg;与淡水冷却方式对比,八个月大约可节约淡水213931。因此,如果场地临海,空压机用海水冷却可获得较大经济效益。The air compressor frequently alarm and trip at high-temperature season, which can influence on the production and the long-term operating of air compressor also easily cause the failure of the machine. Due to the venue near the sea, seawater cooling can be use for cooling the machine, so fresh water resources will be saved. In addition, if the send heat by the air compressor could be used, a lot of energy can be saved. A system of recycling heat is designed. If the waste heat of a 30m^3 air compressor by experiments andtheoretical calculations was used, 20795kg standard coal could be saved. Compared with a using fresh water cooling system, fresh water 213931 m^3 could be saved, so if near the ocean, seawater cooling has a great advantages of air compressor.
