摘　　要：在海上油气设施的水下检测中,中长期检测计划的制定有着重要意义,将直接影响油气设施维保方案和设施运行的安全性。根据国内外规范及国外油田作业者的经验,介绍了海上油气设施中长期水下检测计划编制的方法,重点从检测周期及其对应检测范围等方面进行了论述。The compilation of inspection program is important and has great impact on the maintenance, repair and the safety of offshore oil facilities. This paper introduces the method of the inspection of offshore oil facilities in a medium and long-term plan, according to the regulations and foreign oil field operator＇s experience. Inspection cycle and related inspection scope is focused on.
