摘 要:目的探讨肥胖与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的关系及其影响。方法选择211例经多道睡眠监测(PSG)诊断为OSAHS患者的资料;根据体重指数(BMI)将病例分为体重正常、超重、肥胖3组,对3组的呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)进行比较。结果 AHI在体重正常组与肥胖组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LSaO2在体重正常组与超重组、肥胖组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI越大,AHI越高、LSaO2越低。结论肥胖是OSAHS发病的危险因素,与OSAHS严重程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between obesity and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods Two hundred and eleven subjects who were diagnosed OSAHS by polysomnography (PSG) were studied.According to body mass index (BMI),the subjects were classified into three groups:normal weight,overweight,obesity.The apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and lewest arterial oxygen saturation (LSaO2) of three groups were compared.Results AHI was singificantly different in normal weight group and obesity group (P 0.05).LSaO2 was singificantly different among normal group and overweight group,obesity group (P 0.05).Following the increase of BMI,the value of AHI trended to raise,the value of lewest arterial oxygen saturation (LSaO2) trended to reduce.Conclusion Obesity is the risk factor of OSAHS.It is linear correlation between obesity and the state of OSAHS.
