透视下闭合牵引复位治疗跟骨骨折的体会

摘　　要：目的观察透视下闭合牵引复位治疗跟骨骨折的体会。方法选择本院2001～2010年38例跟骨骨折患者,20例跟骨SandersⅠ型患者,在透视下行闭合牵引经皮撬拨复位和石膏外固定。18例SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者行切开复位内固定和早期功能练习。结果 20例SandersⅠ型患者,随访1～5年,效果满意,其中2例患者残留长距离行走跟骨痛。18例SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者中,手术16例,随访1～5年,其中6例患者残留长距离行走跟骨痛。本研究优21例,良14例,差3例。结论只要掌握适应证,术中正确操作,都能达到满意效果。Objective To observe the experience of close traction and reposition under fluoroscopy in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods Thirty-eight cases with calcaneal fracture from 2001 to 2010 in our hospital were chosen.20 cases with Sanders Ⅰ type of calcaneal fracture were taken the treatment of percutaneous poking reduction under fluo roscopy and plaster external fixation.18 cases with Sanders Ⅱ and Ⅲ type of calcaneal fracture were taken the treatment of open reduction and internal fixation and early functional exercise.Results Twenty patients with Sanders Ⅰ type of calcaneal fracture were followed up for one year to 5 years and achieved good effects,of whom,2 cases left over long-distance walking calcaneus disease.Among 18 cases with Sanders Ⅱ and Ⅲ type of calcaneal fracture,16 cases were taken the operation,all were followed up for one year to five years,of whom,6 cases left over long-distance walking calcaneus disease.There were 21 cases of excellent,14 cases of good,3 cases of bad in this study.Conclusion It is possible to achieve satisfactory effects with the master of indications and proper operation.
