摘　　要：目的:了解标准化屋尘螨疫苗特异性免疫治疗在结节性痒疹的疗效。方法:对30例患者用准化屋尘螨疫苗特异性免疫治疗1.5年以上进行评价。结果:经过1.5年特异性免疫治疗后,有效率达92.31%,痊愈率达53.85%,有统计学意义。结论:标准化尘螨疫苗特异性免疫治疗对于结节性痒疹有明显疗效。Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy with standardized house dust mite vaccine on prurigo nodularis patients. Methods 30 patients with prurigo nodularis were immunotherapy with standardized mites allergens for 1.5 years. Results After 1.5 years specific immunotherapy, The effective rates was 92.31%, the cure rate was 53.85%, which show statistical difference. Conclusion The specific immunotherapy with standardized house dust mite vaccine is safe and effective in treating prurigo nodularis patients
