摘　　要：目的:总结小儿癫痫术后并发症的观察和护理措施。方法:回顾性分析324例小儿癫痫术后患者的临床资料。结果:本组患者均取得良好的效果,术后出现颅内再出血6例,脑水肿20例,癫痫再发作35例,一过性对侧轻瘫13例,一过性语言障碍12例,无一例死亡。结论:术后全面、连续、动态观察临床症状,加强护理,预防并发症的发生是手术成功的重要保证。Objective To summarize the pediatric epilepsy postoperative complications observation and nursing measures. Methods a retrospective analysis of 324 cases of pediatric epilepsy postoperative patient clinical data. Results In this group of patients achieved good results, postoperative intracranial hemorrhage in 6 cases, 20 cases of cerebral edema, seizures and episodes in 35 cases, transient contralateral paresis in 13 cases, a language disorder in 12 cases, with no deaths. Conclusion The postoperative comprehensive, continuous, dynamic observation of clinical symptoms, nursing, prevention of complications are the guarantee of successful operation.
