放松和想象训练联合甘草酸苷治疗重型斑秃临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生物反馈仪引导下的放松和想象训练联合复方甘草酸苷治疗重型斑秃的疗效。方法:设立放松和想象训练组、药疗组和联合治疗组,按照Wei ss等提出的疗效标准进行疗效对比判断。结果:经过8周治疗,3组有效率分别为57.14%、73.33%、93.33%,以联合组最高。结论:放松和想象训练联合复方甘草酸苷治疗重型斑秃临床疗效有着非常积极的意义。Objective To observe the efficacy to treat severe alopecia areata with relaxation and imagination training under the guidance of biofeedback combined with compound glycyrrhizin. Method To set up the relaxation and imagination training group, medication group and the combined treatment group, and to compare the efficacy in accordance with the efficacy criteria proposed by Weiss et al. Result After 8 weeks of treatment, three groups of effective rates were 57.14%, 73.33%, 93.33%, the combination group being the highest. Conclusion Relaxation and imagination training combined with compound glycyrrhizin has very positive significance for the treatment of severe alopecia areata.
