臭氧联合利多卡因、曲安奈德、维生素B12阻滞治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察臭氧联合利多卡因、曲安奈德、维生素B12对枕神经痛的治疗效果。方法:将枕神经痛的患者90例随机分为2组,试验组45例,采用臭氧联合利多卡因、曲安奈德、维生素B12行枕大、枕小神经阻滞,药物组成为利多卡因、生理盐水、曲安奈德、维生素B12的混合药液;对照组45例,仅采用药物枕大、枕小神经阻滞治疗。药物组成为利多卡因、生理盐水、曲安奈德、维生素B12的混合药液。结果:试验组总有效率95%(42/45例),对照组总有效率80%(36/45例),门诊随访三个月至一年,试验组复发率4.4%(2/45例),对照组复发率33.3%(15/45例),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论臭氧联合利多卡因、曲安奈德、维生素B12阻滞治疗枕神经痛是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of occipital nerve block with medical ozone combined lidocaine, triamcinolone acetonaide acetate and vitamin B12. Methods Ninty even patients suffered from occipital neuralgia were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. In treatment group （45 cases） drugs with lidocaine, triamcinolone acetonaide acetate and vitamin B12 were used in occipital nerve block. The drugs consisted of lidocaine,saline triamcinolone acetonaide acetate and vitamin B12.In control group （45 cases ） only the drugs were used in occipital nerve block. Results The effective rate was 95%（42/45 cases） in treatment group while it was 80%（36/45cases） in control group. In outpatient,the patients were followed up for three months to one year ,the recurrence rate was 4.4%（2/45cases）in treatment group while it was 33.3%（15/45cases） in control group. There was all statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The occipital nerve block with medical ozone combined lidocaine, triamcinolone acetonaide acetate and vitamin B12 is an effective and safe method for treatment ofoccipital neuralgia.
