团体心理辅导对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及自信心的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察团体心理辅导对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及自信心的影响。方法:对80例符合诊断标准的冠心病患者,首先采用SAS和SDS以及SES三种量表评估患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和自信心状态,然后将患者分为8个小组,每组10人,按照程序,系统规范地设计团体心理辅导的时间、主题、步骤、内容和技术,逐项实施。每周辅导1次,每次2h,共辅导8周。活动结束后,采用上述三种量表对患者重复施测,前后两次的测评数据,进行统计学处理(t检验,χ2检验)。结果:团体心理辅导后焦虑、抑郁情绪测评得分明显降低,自信心测评得分明显提高,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);团体心理辅导后,不良情绪状态患者例数均较团体心理辅导前大大减少,情绪恢复正常的患者例数明显增多。结论:对冠心病患者进行团体心理辅导,可明显改善焦虑及抑郁不良情绪,提高恢复健康的自信心。Objective The concept of group psychological counseling for the improvement of the anxiety of patients with coronary heart disease, depression, emotional state, improve the recovery of a healthy self-confidence effect. Methods 80 cases met the diagnostic criteria in patients with coronary heart disease, the first SAS and SDS and SES three kinds of scales to assess the patient＇s emotional and self-confidence, and then patients were divided into eight groups, each group of 10 people. Weekly counseling times every 2h or so, a total of counseling to 8 weeks. , After the end of the group counseling of the three scale of the patient＇s emotional state and self-duplication of information Shi measured twice before and after evaluation of data for statistical analysis （t test, χ2 test）. Results Group Counseling Anxiety, Depression Scale evaluation score decreased significantly since the information scale measuredTest, χ2 test）. Results： Group Counseling Anxiety, Depression Scale evaluation score wassignificantly lower evaluation score improved significantly since the information scale. Greatly reduce the number of patients with very significant differences （P〈0.01）; group counseling, bad emotional state than those in group counseling, emotional restore the normal number of patients increased significantly compared with group counseling ago. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease group counseling can significantly improve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression, improve self-confidence back to health.
