摘　　要：目前，对于HIV抗体检测的研究，是一项比较成熟的技术。免疫学方法在对其进行测定和检测的时候，表现出了自己的独特的优势。然而，对于在HIV抗体检测实际应用中产生的一些问题，也是需要引起重视的。对于其存在的问题，需要进行研究并且进行全面的探索。本文针对HIV抗体检测中存在的问题进行分析，对其在临床上的应用，给出了一些思考，以便为HIV抗体检测中存在的问题和临床应对策略方面提供参考。at present, HIV antibody detection and research, is a relatively mature technology. The immunological method in the measurement and testing shows its own unique advantages. However, HIV antibody detection also has some problems,and needs to be focused on. For the existing problems, the research and comprehensive thinking must be emphasized. Aiming at the HIV antibody detection, existing problems should be explored through analysis for the clinical response, and some thinkings should be given in order to provide references in HIV antibody detection for medical application.
