健康人群不同年龄组血清钾含量测定对比分析

摘　　要：目的测定健康人群不同年龄组之间血清钾含量差异。方法选择6492例健康体检者根据年龄分为8个组：采用Easylyte plus Na／K／CI检测仪及其配套试剂盒进行血清钾含量水平测定；应用SPSS统计软件分析不同年龄组之间血清钾含量差异。结果不同年龄组之间血清钾含量存在明显差异，随着年龄增加，含量逐渐减少（P〈0．05）；21—30岁年龄组、3I-40岁年龄组、41—50岁年龄组、51-60岁年龄组之间血清钾水平变化不明显（P〉0．05）；13—20岁年龄组、61-70岁年龄组、71—80岁年龄组、80岁以上年龄组与其他年龄组之间存在明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论2l-60岁年龄段的人群可以采用同-血清钾参考标准；另-方面，13—20岁、61-70岁、71-80岁、80岁以上人群应分别设立血清钾正常参考范围。Objective To determine the differences of serum potassium between various age groups in health populations. Methods 6492 cass of healthy people were enrolled in this study and were divided into 8 groups according to the age. The serum potassium concentration was assayed by Easylyte plus Na/K/Cl tester and accessory kit. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze differences of serum potassium concentration between vacious age groups. Results the differences of serum potassium concentration between various age groups were very sign/ficant, and with the increasing of age serum potassium concentration decreased （p 〈 0.05）. Among the age groups of 21 - 30 years,31 - 40 years,41 - 50 years and 51 - 60 years,serum potassium levels did not change significantly （ p 〉 0.05） .There was significant differences betwecn the age goup of 13 - 20 years,61 - 70 years,71 - 80 years,above 80 years old and the other age groups（ p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The populations in the age of 21 -60 years old can apply the same serum potassium reference standards. On the other hand, the age group of 13 - 20 years,61 - 70 years,71 - 80years,above 80 years should be set up the normal reference range of serum potassium,respectively.
