摘  要:目的了解医院感染特别是ICU病房常见革兰阴性细菌分布和耐药表现。方法对我院2009年1月2011年12月3年来从医院感染患者标本中分离出的主要致病菌,采用法国梅里埃API20E.API20NE细菌鉴定试剂盒进行鉴定,并按美国NCCLS药敏指南,采用纸片法进行药敏试验。结果3年间前三位的革兰阴性菌分别为铜绿假单胞菌、洋葱假单胞菌,鲍曼不动杆菌;耐药性分析显示:革兰阴性杆菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药率较低的为先锋必/舒巴坦(均值5.5%)和亚胺培南(均值17.8%),对15种常用抗生素药物敏感者不足一半(均值46.8%),大部分细菌呈多重耐药。结论应注意合理使用抗生素并加强对细菌耐药性的全面检测。Objective To understand the distribution and resistance of Gram - negative bacilli in our ICU hospital. Methods American Rapid one was used for biochemical analysis of the main pathogens isolated from infected patients' specimens from January 2009 to December 2011. K- B test was used for the anthnicrobials susceptibly test and the results were read based on National Committee for Clirfical Laboratory Standards (NCCI.S). Results The first three Gramnegative bacillus were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Proteus species. Analysis of resistance showed the Gramnegative bacilli was less resistant to CFS (5.5%) and IPM (17.8%) than others. Among 15 kinds of antimierobials there were less than half those were susceptible (46.8 % ). Most Gram - negative bacilli were multidrus resistant. Conclusion It is important to monitor the drug resistance of bacilli in order to reasonable use of antimicrobials.
