摘　　要：语音指令调度系统在大型企业中已得到了广泛的应用。随着Internet技术的成熟和嵌入式技术的不断发展,采用VOIP技术取代传统的语音电话已成为一种趋势。以S3C2440为核心构建的VOIP嵌入式终端,根据用户需求完成Linux操作系统的移植工作,并移植了轻量级的Boa Web服务器。设计完成了Web功能页面和编写了相关的CGI程序,实现了基于Web的远程控制功能。运行效果表明,该设计简单实用,较好地满足了实际需要。Voice instruction scheduling systems in large enterprises has been widely used. With Interact technology and embedded technology development, VOIP technology to replace traditional voice telephone has become a trend. To build the core of VOIP S3C2440 embedded terminal, the user needs to configure and manage. It＇s main tasks include linux kernel compile, file systems create, and the embedded web server based on Boa web server. According to the need dynamic and static pages and the preparation of the related CGI program were designed, web-based remote control was implemented. The practical running shows a good effect.
