摘  要:[目的]探究海南岛药用植物海巴戟炭疽病菌的生物学特性。[方法]从海南儋州宝岛新村南药种质圃中采集到炭疽病样品,对其病原菌进行了分离纯化及鉴定,并研究了培养基、温度、pH、营养元素对病原菌生长的影响。[结果]炭疽菌在CSA培养基上生长最快,在10~40℃均能生长,其最适生长温度为26℃,最适生长pH为6.0;炭疽菌能利用多种碳源和氮源,其中乳糖是最佳碳源,乙酸铵是最佳氮源。[结论]为进一步研究和防治炭疽病提供了依据。[Objective] The aim was to discuss the biological characteristics of anthracnose pathogen of Morinda citirfolia L.in Hainan.[Method] After anthracnose disease samples were collected from Nanyao germplasm nursery of Baodao New Cun,Danzhou,Hainan,anthracnose pathogen was isolated,purified and identified.Effects of medium,tempreture,pH and nutrition on the growth of anthracnose pathogen were studied.[Result] The Colletotrichum spp.grew fastest on CSA medium of all,and they could grow from 10 ℃ to 40 ℃.The optimum temperature and pH were 26 ℃ and 6.0,respectively.The anthracnose pathogen could use many carbon resources and nitrogen resources,among them lactose and ammonium acetate were the optimum carbon resource and nitrogen resource,respectively.[Conclusion] The research provides reference for the study and control of anthracnose disease.
