摘　　要：冷藏运输装备行业发展滞后是制约我国冷藏运输业快速发展的主要因素之一。通过对比国内外冷藏运输及冷藏运输装备行业发展现状,分析我国冷藏运输以及冷藏运输装备行业发展中存在的市场秩序混乱、行业整体竞争力差、运输成本过高、制冷技术落后、装备陈旧、能耗高等问题。结合我国冷藏运输行业发展特点,从国家政策、行业内部监管、行业协会职能、信息共享平台建立、冷藏运输装备研发等方面提出发展我国冷藏运输以及冷藏运输装备行业的若干建议。The lagging development of refrigerated transport equipment industry is one of the main factors restricting our refrigerated transport industry developing rapidly.Through comparing the development status of domestic and international refrigerated transport and refrigerated transport equipment industry,the problems in the development of refrigerated transport and refrigerated transport equipment industry were analyzed,such as market in disarray,high transport costs,poor overall competitiveness,backward refrigeration technology and high energy consumption and so on.Applying domestic refrigerated transport industry characteristics,suggestions on the national policy,profession supervising,function of industrial association,establishment of information sharing platform and refrigerated transport equipment research and development were put forward for developing the refrigeration transport and refrigerated transport equipment.
