飞行员QT离散度研究  

QT dispersion in the surface electrocardiogram of pilots

摘　　要：目的　旨在研究飞行员心肌复极不均一性。方法　本文作者利用HPM1 772A -1 0 0型心电图机记录常规 1 2导联心电图 ,分别测算了 53例飞行员和 32例地勤人员的QT离散度 (QTd)、JT离散度 (JTd)、心率校正QT离散度 (QTcd)和心率校正JT离散度 (JTcd)等参数。结果　统计分析显示 ,无论是从常规 1 2导联心电图抑或是胸前 6导联心电图测算的QTd等参数 ,地勤人员与飞行员之间均无明显差别。例如 ,飞行组经常规 1 2导联心电图测算的QTd、QTcd、JTd和JTcd等参数分别为 56±2 3.9ms、58± 2 3.7ms、60± 2 2 .7ms和 61± 2 1 .3ms,地勤组则依次为 50± 2 1 .8ms、53± 2 2 .0ms、60± 2 3.3ms和 62±2 4 .7ms;从胸前 6导联心电图测算的上述参数飞行组分别是 4 7± 2 4 .6ms、4 8± 2 3.4ms、4 8± 2 3.0ms和 50±2 2 9ms,地勤组则依次为 39± 2 0 .8ms、4 0± 2 0 .3ms、4 3± 2 0 .1ms和 4 5± 2 1 .2ms。结论　上述结果表明 ,我军现役飞行员的心肌复极不均一性与地勤人员并无明显差别 。Objective In order to investigate heterogeneity of venticular myocardial reploarization in pilots. Methods The oonventional 12 leads electrocardiogram(ECG) were recorded simultaneously using a HPM1772A-100 machine.QT dispersion(QTcd),JT dispersion(JTd),heart rate correct QT dispersion(QTcd) and heart rate correct JT dispersion(JTcd) were calculated in 53 pilots and 32 ground crew,respectively. Results Our results indicated either conventional 12 leads or six precordial leads ECGs,the differences of the average values of QTd,QTcd,JTd and JTcd were very small between pilot group and ground crew group.The average values of QTd,QTcd,JTd and JTcd of conventional 12 leads ECG in pilot group were 56±23.9ms,58±23.7ms,60±22.7ms和61±21.3ms;the average values in grounp crew group were 50±21.8ms,53±22.0ms,60±23.3ms62±24.7ms,respectively.The parameter received from six pre-cordial leads in pilot group were 47±24.6ms,48±23.4ms,48±23.0ms50±22.9ms;the parameter were 39±20.8ms,40±20.3ms,43±20.1ms45±21.2ms in grounp crew group,respectively. Conclusion The present study showed the differences of heterogeneity of venticular myocardial reploarization were very small between pilots and ground crew.
