摘 要:目的:观测临床创面愈合中表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)基因和表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFr)基因的表达,探讨EGF和EGFr基因表达变化在创面修复中的作用。方法:应用原位杂交方法对临床患者断层供皮区创面愈合中EGF、EGFr基因表达变化进行了动态观察,并进行半定量分析。结果:临床创面愈合过程中,EGF、EGFr基因表达有明显规律性的变化,伤后4天,创面内EGF基因表达较弱,EGFr基因表达很强;伤后10天,创面内EGF基因表达明显增强,分布范围增大,而EGFr基因表达较伤后4天减弱,分布范围减小;伤后16天,创面内EGF、EGFr基因表达强度均较伤后10d明显减弱,EGF表达强度接近伤后4天的水平,而EGFr基因表达已基本呈阴性。结论:EGF、EGFr基因表达变化与创面修复的过程有明显相关,EGF、EGFr基因表达变化参与了创面修复过程,合理调控其表达变化有助于创面修复。Objective To detect the changes and to explore the roles of EGF,EGFr gene expression during the clinic wound healing. Methods The skin wound samples on 4, 10 and 16 days post skin harvest operation of 32 patients have been examined during their courses of splitting thickness skin donor wound healing using the In Situ Hybridization method. Results There are remarkely regular EGF, EGFr gene expression during the clinic wound healing,which are closely relately to the wound healing. EGFr gene expression is most aparent on 4 day postoperation and is moderately on 10 day postoperation and almost nagetively expression on 16 day postoperation, while EGF gene expression is most aparent on 10 day postoperation and on 4 day and 16 day the EGF gene expression is both moderately. Conclusion The changes of EGF,EGFr gene expression indicate that it has taken part in the wound healing process and has important roles in the ~)rocess,reasonablv controlling the EGF,EGFr aene expression will benefit the wound healina.
